Colin Newland
đ¸ đ¤Colin Newland has loved music for as long as he can remember, starting on piano at age 5, then moving onto trumpet through his school years. Also self taught on guitar, he loves sharing his passion for music with others through performance and jamming with his mates. He played trumpet for âThe Dockersâ through his mid-teens, gaining a love for live music alongside playing with his schoolmates.
Currently at university full time, working in property maintenance, and as a part-time farmhand, Colin lives for rock, alternative and country music on guitar. He usually leans on a conversational, relaxed picking style to work harmoniously with his own vocals, or the voices of those around him.
Breaking through the Sydney music scene, youâll often find Colin jamming with mates or playing in pubs and community events. Colin and Robbi have known each other for about five years now, and realised the complementary nature of their common qualities on shared family trips and at school.
